The best approach in times like this is to press forward in spite of everything. Try considering all the open possibilities in your life right now rather than focusing on all the cancelled parts. Optimism is key to living a happier life each and every day. The effects of the pandemic vary for everyone, but one consequence may have been to afford you more free time. If so, use it! This is an opportunity to mobilize your internal resources, reform your daily habits and schedule, and fully concentrate on planning a path to the future you want to pursue.
